The Colorado First Agenda

Economic Growth, Jobs & agriculture

Build Local. Hire Local. Keep Colorado Working.

Our Priorities

Protect & Promote Local Jobs

  • Support candidates who champion Colorado-first job policies at the federal and state level.

  • Fight against outsourcing and promote policies that bring manufacturing and production back home.

  • Advocate for tax breaks for businesses that prove their workforce and products are Colorado-based.

  • Eliminate state income tax for businesses that meet 100% in-state employment and production benchmarks.

Strengthen Colorado Agriculture

  • Push for tax relief for ranchers and farmers to keep agricultural production sustainable.

  • Reduce excessive regulations that cripple ranches, dairies, and crop producers.

  • Promote locally sourced products and incentives for businesses that prioritize Colorado-grown goods.

  • Introduce manufacturing incentives for agricultural equipment companies operating in-state.

Fuel a Future of American Industry

  • Champion the growth of key Colorado industries like steel, agriculture, and health sciences.

  • Encourage high school graduates to pursue well-paying trade jobs in Colorado—not dead-end degrees with crippling debt.

  • Expand access to certified technical education programs that prepare students for real careers, not bureaucracy.

What We're Doing

CFA is actively working to:

  • Promote pro-growth candidates who will lobby for federal and state economic policies that put Colorado jobs first.

  • Draft model legislation that rewards companies investing in our people, our products, and our communities.

  • Collaborate with lawmakers to roll back regulations crushing Colorado’s ranches and ag producers.

Why It Matters

Colorado’s economy doesn’t belong to bureaucrats—it belongs to the people who power it. For too long, our state has bent the knee to globalist trade deals, strangling regulations, and environmental policies that punish workers and producers. Enough is enough.

We need to reward production, not punish it. We need to restore pride in working-class jobs and ensure that the American Dream is still possible—for every student, farmer, and small business owner willing to work for it.

Colorado First Action is ready to lead that fight. Are you with us?
